Flashboard continuous tubing blowout preventer is installed with whole-seal flashboard, cutting flashboard, slip flashboard and half-seal flashboard from up to down. All this series uses circular chamber,which has good processability and small stress concentration to decrease the whole weight of product.
The rubber cycle has greater density with reliable sealing performance. The cross section of the flashboard is circular,which is easy to process.
On the side of product shell, there are balance valves installed. Two balance valves are respectively installed on whole-seal chamber and half-seal chamber to balance the press between upper and lower chamber before the whole-seal flashboard and half-seal flashboard started.
The shell switch oil circuit interface is quick connector, which is convenient and reliable. There are left and right side plates protecting the quick connector from bump damage.
The operation type of flashboard is hydraulic plus manual locking.The manual locking device could guarantee the reliability of operation when there is hydraulic run off. 
Whole-seal and half-seal could be operated manually on condition of check valve started.
