1.All of the axle bearings adopt roller bearing. The axle is made of alloy steel and the chain is of forced lubrication.

2. Roller groove. The high and low speed ends of the roller are equipped with ventilated pneumatic tube clutch.

3. The brake wheel steel uses circulating water to apply forced cooling. After mid frequency hardening,  the surface has strong abrasive resistance and a long service life.

4. The tooth profile of the sprocket has applied mid frequency hardening. All of shift clutches are involute spline tooth clutches.

5. The main brake is of draper type or disc type. The auxiliary brake is equipped with magnetic eddy current brake or EATON brake.
